Order Issues & Tracking

  • YUMZ is not responsible for incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping details before submitting your order.


Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.
