At YUMZ, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • You may return eligible products within 30 days of delivery.

  • To qualify, items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

  • Restocking Fees: We do not charge a restocking fee for returns.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used products

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards and promotional giveaways

Exchanges

Exchanges are only offered for products that arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error).
