We know how important fast shipping is, which is why our automated system processes orders almost instantly after they are placed. Because of this fast turnaround, our window for cancellations is limited.
Requesting a Cancellation
If you change your mind and need to cancel your order, please contact us at support@yumz.fun within 12 hours of placing your order. Be sure to include your Full Name and Order Number in the email subject line.
Orders Already Shipped
If your order has already been processed or handed off to our shipping carriers, we cannot cancel the order mid-transit. Don't worry, though—once the package arrives at your doorstep, you are fully welcome to utilize our standard Return & Refund process to send it back for a refund.
Refunds on Cancelled Orders
If your cancellation is approved before processing, a full refund will be issued back to your original payment method immediately. Please allow 3 to 7 business days for the funds to reflect on your banking statement, depending on your financial institution.
